Stamili Binwa Machozi was born in Nundu and she grew up in a refugee camp in Tanzania with her family. She attended Nyerere Primary school in the refugee camp but she was not able to complete so they travelled back to Congo and she continued with her studies and graduated with a primary school certificate from Asombo Primary school in Kabumbe, Fizi Eastern part of Congo. After her primary studies she moved to Uvira where she stayed with her uncle. She joined Kazima secondary school in Uvira and graduated with a secondary school certificate.
In 2013 Stamili was married to Bubasha Tangania David and they both have six children. Stamili joined Congo for Christ Center in September 2015 as a cleaner a position that she served faithfully and later she was hired as a ministry secretary. A very hard working and dedicated individual. Stamili has a big heart for serving kids, growing up in a very harsh environment she uses her experience to encourage, teach and provide any necessary support. She is humbled and honored to serve, and also excited to see what God will do through her for the orphaned kids and the entire community.
Service has always been an incredibly important aspect of her life. In everything she does, she openly works to serve God, her family, the childcare kids and the community. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, reading books and having fun with her kids and family members. She is also loves sports and her favorite sport is football.
