Standing With the Forgotten: Supporting the Elderly Through Congo for Christ Center
Congo for Christ Center is committed to demonstrating God’s love through practical action, especially to those who are often forgotten by society. One of our key areas of focus is caring for elderly men and women in our community who are living in extreme vulnerability.
Many elderly people in our region lack consistent family support, stable income, or access to basic necessities. Due to age, illness, and economic hardship, they are often unable to provide for themselves and are overlooked by the wider community. Congo for Christ Center exists to stand in the gap and restore dignity, hope, and care to these precious lives.
Our Recent Impact
Through the generous support of our partners and donors, Congo for Christ Center recently reached 100 families of elderly people within our community. These families received essential food supplies and other basic needs that helped them meet daily survival requirements.
The support included items such as:
